This Is The End Pt 1: Goodbye Lyon

I realized I never finished this post, so even if it's a bit late, here goes!

At a cafe/bar in Foch.
I'll miss this room.
Mon celebration anniversaire avec mes filles à Fond Rose (une brasserie de Paul Bocuse).
Hanging with friends.
Mira, beer, + wall.
My home stay mother, Isabelle. She's such a sweet person and she will be dearly missed! + I don't know if I mentioned, but she has an impeccable taste in music. She always lent me her CDs so I could burn them onto my computer :')
An exhibit from a contemporary museum I went to on a class field trip.
François using his scarf so his hair doesn't get in the way of him eating.
Random little event we came across!
Missing days like this right about now.
Mreow. (Kitty has laser eyes pew pew!!)
Matching school sweaters 'cus we're nurds.
Only Lyon.
Holliver and I at Parc de la Tête d'Or. I believe Mira was here as well!!
Holliver cooked me a nice homemade fish n' chips. Noms!!
One of our first dates, at the aquarium.
Bubbles à la mode. (P.s., I miss my fur coat).
My cheeks are red here because we literally biked 500 miles to get to this damn island.
Île Barbe with Holliver.
Goodbye Lyon.

Sigh, Lyon. It's already been over half a year since I've left you and I miss you dearly. I wish I had written this entry before I left so that I could have a better reflection of how I was feeling at that time. Well, from what I can remember, a lot had changed the last few months I was there. I met Olly, who I am now currently dating, and meeting him was a pivotal point in my life. We spent most of our days exploring the city by day and going out at night. I really miss those carefree days that Lyon had to offer us. I couldn't have chosen a better city to study in. I know it's cheesy and everyone says this, but studying abroad was the best experience of my life (so far). I got to really travel and learn more about myself in ways I wouldn't have imagined. Goodbye, Lyon, and I'll see you soon.
